Included in our homes

• We buy our ventilation systems from Energetechs, in Missoula, Montana.
• Our solar hydronic radiant heating systems use components from Caleefi, Viessman, Oventrop, Rehau and Buderus.
• Our homes walls and roofs have R-values up to 70. Our air tightness numbers are to Passivhaus standards of 0.6 ACH 50.
• We are a 100% committed Energy Star Builder.
• We also use low VOC paints and products for good health for all who are involved.
