Included in our homes

• We buy our ventilation systems from Fantek.
• Our solar hydronic radiant heating systems use components from Caleffi and Viessmann.
• Our homes walls and roofs have R-values up to 70. Our air tightness numbers are to Passivhaus standards of 0.6 ACH 50. Our best air tightness is 0.19 ACH 50.
• We also use low VOC paints and products for good health for all who are involved.
